• Worked as client manager for multiple Synopsys’ clients in the greater DMV area. As client manager I’m responsible for management of testing workstream, assignments, conflict resolution and ultimately client satisfaction for the work delivered.

• Worked as direct manager for a team of five employees. As direct manager I’m responsible for week-to-week activities such as timesheets, weekly sync-ups to big picture activities such as annual goals, promotion, etc.

• Performed strategic assessments such as Building Security In Maturity Model (BSIMM) and Software Security Initiative – Maturity Action Plan (SSI MAP) for multiple clients in such as financial institutions, insurance and tech firms.
